Booking & Confirmation

• All studio bookings must be made in advance through Whiterock Studios’ official booking channels.
• A booking is considered confirmed only upon receipt of full payment (unless otherwise agreed in writing).
• Time slots are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to availability.

Payment Terms

• All fees must be paid in full prior to the session.
• Payments made are non-refundable, except in cases where Whiterock Studios cancels the session.
• Prices offered under this service are student-exclusive rates and cannot be transferred to non-students.

Session Duration & Overtime

• Each booking is valid only for the agreed duration.
• Late arrival by the student will not extend the session time.
• Any overtime usage is subject to studio availability and will be charged at the standard overtime rate, payable immediately.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled session.
• Requests made within 24 hours of the booking time may result in full charges being applied.
• Whiterock Studios reserves the right to reschedule or cancel bookings due to unforeseen circumstances, with prior notice where possible.

Studio Usage & Conduct

• The studio must be used solely for its intended purpose (e.g., photography, videography, academic or graduation-related content).
• Students are expected to maintain professional conduct and follow all studio guidelines provided by Whiterock staff.
• Any damage to studio property, equipment, or facilities caused by misuse or negligence will be charged to the student.

Equipment & Props

• Use of Whiterock Studios’ equipment and props is permitted only under staff supervision where applicable.
• Students are responsible for returning all equipment in the same condition as provided.
• Loss or damage will be charged at replacement or repair cost.

Personal Belongings

• Whiterock Studios is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings brought into the studio.

Health & Safety

• All students must comply with health, safety, and studio regulations at all times.
• Whiterock Studios reserves the right to terminate a session immediately if safety guidelines are violated, without refund.

Image & Content Responsibility

• Whiterock Studios is not responsible for how the final images or videos are used by the student.
• Students are responsible for obtaining any required permissions related to branding, logos, or third-party appearances in their content.

Liability Limitation

• Whiterock Studios shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from the use of the studio facilities, except where caused by proven negligence on the part of the studio.

Amendments

• Whiterock Studios reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. The latest version will apply to all future bookings.
